Richmann’s Bargain Return Policy

At Richmann’s Bargain, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all of our products meet the highest standards of quality. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are here to assist you with the return process.

Defective Products

If a product you’ve received is defective or not functioning as it should, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You must notify us of the defect within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or other components that came with it.

  • Verification: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If we confirm the defect, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Products

In the event that you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you may return it for a replacement or refund:

  • Time Frame: Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the incorrect product.

  • Condition: The product must be unused and in its original condition, along with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for any incorrectly shipped items. Once the product is received and verified, we will promptly send the correct product or process a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@richmannengoneering.co.nz or call us at 09 279 9183 to explain the issue and receive a return authorization number (RAN).

  2. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the return authorization number (RAN) inside the package.

  3. Ship the Product: Use the return shipping label provided by us to send the product back.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions

  • Products that are damaged due to improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.
